A man accused of killing three people inside a Danville pawn shop appeared in court on Tuesday.

Police charged Kenneth Allen Keith with murder in the deaths of Michael and Angela Hockensmith and Daniel Smith. Police found all three bodies inside the Hockensmith's pawn shop in 2013.

The judge on Tuesday denied a request to suppress evidence in the case. Keith's attorneys had raised issues about evidence collected from Keith's house, church and business and whether that should be used in the trial. The judge ruled the evidence could be used.

The judge set a trial date for August 10th. That's when jury selection will begin. The judge has blocked 3 weeks for the trial, meaning it could end on September first, which is just 19 days shy of the four-year anniversary of the murders.

Keith could face the death penalty.
