Former UK guard Shai-Gilgeous Alexander has already set his first record in the NBA without playing a single minute in a game.
The newly minted Los Angeles Clipper will secure a spot in history by having the longest name printed on the back of a NBA jersey.
With a whopping 18 characters across his back, the rookie overtook Michael Carter-Williams’ spot at the top of the list.
Gilgeous-Alexander was drafted with the eleventh pick in the NBA Draft by the Charlotte Hornets and immediately traded to the Clippers.
