A man has been arrested and charged with murdering someone and shooting four others in Lewis County

Michael Justice faces one count of murder and four counts of first-degree assault.

According to Kentucky State Police, they got a report around 12:28 a.m. May 13 from Lewis County Dispatch. The report said five people had been shot, and one was dead.

After an investigation, it was revealed the five victims were in the process of repossessing a 2004 Chevy Silverado in the Garrison Community of Lewis County. The five got into an argument with Justice when they were shot.

Thompson Biggs-Coz, Aaron Cottrell and Bonnie Dalton were transported to the hospital with gunshot wounds. Kari Biggs had a gunshot wound but refused treatment. Bryan Biggs was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation into this shooting is ongoing.
