Winchester man arrested on sex crime charges

A Winchester man is facing sex crime charges.
According to state police, 20-year-old Austin M. McGowan was arrested Thursday after an undercover investigation.
Troopers say he was sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.
State police say McGowan is currently charged with two counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance and two counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance.
The investigation is ongoing.
