It happened around 12:30 a.m. at Prissy Peach Boutique on Main Street.

Police released surveillance footage Wednesday. In it, the person is wearing a camouflage hoodie with the word "Chevrolet" on it.

"We are approaching three years of business here. I'm shocked someone entered our building like that knowing we have eight cameras in here," Holly Goeing, owner of Prissy Peach Boutique, said. "I feel like he had cased us out. He's probably been in here or he's sent someone in here before to know the set up."

"We haven't had any downtown businesses [burglarized] in a while. We're in close proximity here at the police department, obviously, and we focus a lot of our patrol efforts on the downtown area. We're taking this seriously," Winchester Police Department's Captain James Hall said.

If you know who the person is, officers ask that you contact the Winchester Police Criminal Investigation Division by calling (859) 355-7458.
