Police in Anderson County have arrested a woman they say forced children to sell cookies.
Lawrenceburg Police have charged Rhonda Bell, 32, with human trafficking. According to a Louisville TV news station, police say Bell forced nine children to sell peppermint thin cookies for a non-existent organization.
Police say Bell kept the money from the cookie sales for herself. They say the children are between nine and 16-years-old.
