The sister of the victim of one of Kentucky’s most heinous unsolved crimes says there is video showing the moment the killer entered Kathy Netherland’s home.
WKYT combed through the bills from the 2024 legislative session looking at the primary sponsor of each bill and started counting. What we were able to see were the legislators who were the “most active” by filing the highest number of bills and who were “most effective” in seeing those bills actually becoming law.
