CINCINNATI, Ohio -- Bud Dupree starred at Kentucky and now he's a big-time playmaker for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Bud is in his fourth season with Pittsburgh and he's becoming a steady force.
"It's going good," said Dupree. "Trying to work hard every day and learn more and more and there are ways to get better so each day I have to progress."
It was also an Eastern Kentucky reunion here in Cincinnati. Jordan Berry is the starting punter for Pittsburgh and he played for the Colonels alongside Bengals tight end Matt Lengel. Cincinnati recently signed Lengel to add some depth to a depleted tight end group.
The former Colonels are college roommates, they were groomsmen in each other's weddings and Matt is proud of Jordan's success.
"I am proud of Jordan and he has made a nice life for himself in Pittsburgh. Good to see him in the offseason and I am proud of the guy," said Lengel.
Pittsburgh beat the Bengals on Sunday 28-21.
