LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - After weeks of consistency the top four teams in the College Football Playoff rankings has been disrupted. Following Michigan’s Saturday loss to Ohio State, the Georgia Bulldogs have claimed the No. 4 spot.
That means that eight SEC teams are now inhabiting the top 25. Kentucky remains at No. 15 following a 56-10 over Louisville.
Other notable moves in the rankings include Ohio State’s four-spot jump to No. 6, and West Virginia’s drop to No. 16.
Alabama, Clemson and Notre Dame maintain their No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 spots.
