Former Wildcat Neal Brown set to become new coach at West Virginia

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) Neal Brown said on his twitter account on Christmas Eve, "What we've accomplished in the last three seasons is special...and the best is yet to come!" Apparently, what's coming is a move to Morgantown, West Virginia.

Multiple reports say the former UK receiver and Wildcats offensive coordinator Neal Brown has agreed in principle to become the new football coach at West Virginia University. The deal is reported to be a 6-year contract with the Mountaineers who are looking to replace Dana Holgorsen who bolted for the University of Houston.

Brown, who has been the head coach at Troy University since 2014, has had the Trojans rolling. In the last three seasons, Troy football has been enjoying great success.
