Kentucky climbs to No. 12 in AP Top 25

LEXINGTON, Ky. -- Following Saturday's 14-7 win over Vanderbilt, Kentucky jumps to No. 12 in the AP Top 25.

The Wildcats are 6-1 this season and travel to Columbia to visit Missouri on October 27 for a 4:00 ET kickoff.

Kentucky is bowl eligible for the third straight season.

Alabama is No. 1 in the AP Top 25 followed by No. 2 Clemson. Notre Dame, LSU and Michigan round out the top five.

Alabama, LSU, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky and Texas A&M represent the SEC in the poll.
