Kentucky storms back to beat UNC to win Paradise Jam title

VIRGIN ISLANDS (WKYT) -- Paradise Jam Tournament MVP Rhyne Howard scored 25 points and Kentucky stormed back to beat North Carolina 85-75 Saturday afternoon to win the Paradise Jam title.

Taylor Murray scored 25 points for the Wildcats and fellow senior Maci Morris poured in 18 points.

With the win, Kentucky improves to 7-0 and will host Morehead State Wednesday at noon in Lexington.

The Wildcats trailed 60-54 after three quarters, but Kentucky outscored the Tar Heels 31-15 in the fourth quarter to post their first-ever win over North Carolina.
