LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WKYT) -- Kentucky chief steward Barbara Borden said in a statement Saturday night that "we unanimously determined to disqualify number seven and place him behind the eighteen."

Borden added that the seven horse, Maximum Security, drifted out and impacted the progress of number one and in turn interfered other horses in the field.

65-1 longshot Country House was then named the winner of the Kentucky Derby.
