Pulaski County looks for redemption in 2018
From 2013 through 2016, John Hines took his Pulaski County club to unprecedented heights. One state title and three runner-up finishes, easily the best era in school history. 2017 was a season to forget.
Coach John Hines says, "To come back and raise the program back to the level that it was before. We are out to redeem ourselves. That is what 2018 is all about for us."
Quarterback Wiley Cain is now a senior, but he's got to stay healthy. Cain was injured as a sophomore and junior. If he can get protection, he's got a lot of weapons to use.
"Our team this year is going to be really really good," says Cain. "We have a lot of returning players but I think the returning pieces we have are really going to help catapult us back to where we have been the past for five years."
