Transylvania falls short in HCAC tournament title game

HANOVER, Ind. (WKYT) -- Despite 25 points from Lucas Gentry, Transylvania lost to Hanover 76-73 in Sunday's HCAC tournament title game.

The Pioneers end their season one game short of the NCAA Tournament with a 17-10 record. They finished 13-5 in conference play.

Sunday's appearance in the HCAC tournament title game was the Pioneers first in seven years after they beat Franklin on Saturday night.
