A customer recorded the incident at the Cedar Rapids Popeyes at 3401 E Avenue NW and posted the video to Facebook. "S***, we droping that s***, they going to eat that s***. they high and drunk anyway, you feel me?" the worker is heard saying, apparently referring to serving customers dropped food.
"Ain't nobody got time for all that extra s***, yo. You already working hard as hell, they're going to make those motherf****** work even harder," he goes on to say.
Thursday afternoon, Popeyes released a statement on its Facebook page.
