PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A murder suspect's mental competency was the subject of a hearing in Pulaski County on Friday.
Clinton Inabnitt is charged with the murder of high profile defense attorney Mark Stanziano.
Inabnitt is being held at the Kentucky Correctional Psychiatric Center in LaGrange. His case was called Friday because the prosecutor says the facility was trying to give Inabnitt a drug that could make him competent to stand trial. The judge says the court needs to have a hearing to see if the Inabnitt is competent first. If he isn't, the court will decide if he can be forced to take medicine.
Another hearing is set for December.
