State employees who allege supervisor hit them in groin awarded $25,000

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Two state employees who allege supervisors hit them in the groin will be getting a payday.

The Herald-Leader reports that the Transportation Cabinet has agreed to a $25,000 deal, where they do not have to admit liability.

An equipment worker in Lee County complained last year that his supervisor, Kevin Mcintosh, spun him in a merry-go-round and kicked him in the testicles.

Mcintosh later admitted to what he called 'horse play' and says that he thought the two employees were willing participants.

He and five other cabinet employees have been disciplined.
