DANVILLE, Ky. (WKYT) - Three of the people charged in the shooting of a clerk at a Danville restaurant faced a judge on Monday.
Danville Police say Patrick Brand, Robin Adams, Rico Penix committed the violent robbery at Domino's on South Fourth Street last month. According to court documents, Adams drove three other people to the Domino's. Those documents also say Brand called in a fake order to get the driver to leave the store. They are all charged with assault and robbery. On Monday, all three pleaded not guilty. A 16-year-old is also charged in the case. A fifth person, Seth Frazier, also appeared in court on charges related to the shooting. Police say Frazier helped hide one of the suspects after the robbery.
Domino's employee, Zoe Reed, 21, was shot during the robbery. At last check, she was in serious condition at UK Hospital.
