Crews respond to Taylor County house fire

TAYLOR COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - The Taylor County Fire Department responded to a house fire on Happy Hills Drive.

Crews were dispatched to the scene around 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 20, where they said they found a single story home with flames showing from the attic.

No injuries were reported, as the fire department said the occupants were able to get out of the home before firefighters arrived.

The fire department was able to extinguish the fire, staying on the scene for about two hours with 18 firefighters and three apparatus responding.
