Reassigned UK law professor sues to remove new dean
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A reassigned University of Kentucky law professor has filed a federal lawsuit seeking to remove the law school’s incoming dean.
Ramsi Woodcock filed the suit against Judge Greg Van Tatenhove, UK President Eli Capilouto, and Provost Robert DiPaola.
Woodcock claims faculty objected to Van Tatenhove’s appointment and that moving forward with the hire violates his employment contract.
