Pretrial conference delayed again in Ky. child murder case

JACKSON, Ky. (WKYT) — The pretrial for a mother and husband accused of the murder of a child were scheduled for a pretrial conference June 16, but it has been delayed for a third time.
The new pretrial is set to take place August 7.

Felicia Gross is charged with murder in the death of Jayden Spicer, her 10-year-old son. Spicer was found dead in August 2025 after being reported missing for more than a week.
Her husband, Joshua Gross, faces complicity and other charges in connection with the case.
