State Police arrest man for uploading and distributing child porn

Kentucky State Police say a Jefferson County man has been arrested for uploading and distributing child pornography.
Police say, Timothy S. Acker, 48, was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. Police say they began the investigation after discovering Acker was uploading the images online.
On Wednesday, detectives with the investigation executed a search warrant at Acker's home where they found equipment that was used in the crime.
Acker now possibly faces five years in prison. He is charged with one count of distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. He is lodged in the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections.
