Laurel woman after she was found passed out from huffing

A Laurel County woman is behind bars after police say she was caught huffing and unable to tell them where her child was.

The sheriff's department says deputies found Tracy House unresponsive outside a home on Pine Top Road.

They say at one point, House jumped up and began huffing again.

Deputies say House told them a child was in the home, but they later discovered that the 9-year-old was at school.

House is charged with public intoxication and volatile substance abuse.
