National Weather Service confirms EF-1 tornado in Meade County

The National Weather Service in Louisville confirms an EF-1 tornado touched down in Meade County on Saturday.
The NWS posted on Facebook a damage survey conducted on Sunday determined the tornado happened near Guston.
The National Weather Service says the tornado had maximum winds between 100 and 105 miles per hour. It had a path length of 1.7 miles and a width of 50 yards.
