Coroner: One dead following late night shooting near downtown Lexington

Police are trying to figure out what led to a deadly shooting near downtown Lexington.
According to police, William Cole, 26, was shot just before 10:30 p.m. Monday in the 1100 block of Anderson Street.
The Fayette County Coroner confirmed Cole died from his injuries at University of Kentucky Medical Center Monday night.
Investigators have not identified any suspects in connection to the shooting, nor have they released a motive.
