Report: 8 women accuse Morgan Freeman of inappropriate behavior
A new report says multiple women are accusing Oscar-winning actor Morgan Freeman of inappropriate behavior and harassment.
CNN is reporting eight women say they are victims of harassment or inappropriate behavior, and 16 people spoke to the news organization about the 80-year-old Hollywood star.
One woman told CNN Freeman kept trying to lift up his skirt while asking if she was wearing any underwear. Actor Alan Arkin told Freeman to stop.
Women accused him of inappropriate behavior on multiple movie sets and at his production company Revelations Entertainment. Others told CNN they never witnessed Freeman conduct himself inappropriately when reporters contacted him.
Morgan Freeman released a statement saying he never intended to make anyone feel uneasy, and he apologizes to anyone who felt uncomfortable or disrespected.
